Are Women more faithful than Men?

Anne and Captain Harville are discussing whether women are more faithful in love than men are. Anne assured Harville that there is no difference, except when a relationship is ended. Then, men seem to be able to move on more easily than women, something for which Anne thinks men should be grateful.
